Who are you when no one's watching? In week one of the challenge we'll get in touch with who we are at our core, and examine when we started believing we weren't enough.

What were you taught about other’s perceptions? In week two we'll unpack the conditioning you may have picked up in childhood, and the survival mechanisms activated when you don’t feel safe being who you are.

Misalignment and Energetic Stagnation | In Week Three we will cover symptoms of energetic misalignment, and why when things feel forced or exhausting or more difficult– it’s because there’s better waiting for you.

Practicing Authenticity & Moving Into Alignment. In Week Four we'll cover the desires the universe has been planting in your head, learning to trust your intuition, and we will neutralize the times we felt "not enough", so we can move into a place of calm confidence.
The Science
We come to this world with a brain as unique as our fingerprint, and a mode of operating from which life just flows. Between the ages of 0-8 years old, our brains are like sponges, constantly absorbing and categorizing information. That information creates our subconscious mind, which we can access and modify as adults by getting into the same theta brainwave state we were in when the beliefs were created. In this work we identify and clear the limiting beliefs picked up in that time that keep us stuck in unfulfilling life patterns.
the energetics
Life serves us opportunities to see where we may be carrying wounding that doesn’t align with the authentic self we came to this planet as. When we notice the patterns happening in our behaviors, our relationships, our financial standing, our careers, we can use that information to clear the maladaptive subconscious blocks and misaligned programming to live a life that feels effortless, and operate from a place of ease so that our dream life magnetizes to us.

Revisiting the memories associated with the experiences we're ready to unlearn, and neutralizing the emotional charges we find.

Whether it's setting boundaries, moving through fear, or simply getting comfortable in uncertainty, in Reinforcement we solidify the new neural pathways through action.
